The vision aims to forge a park-like residential environment that seamlessly blends nature with modern living. It goes beyond aesthetic expression, emphasizing functionality and sustainability to ensure every space enhances daily life quality and embodies meticulous attention to detail and deep concern for residents' wellbeing.

Adopting the strategy of "One Axis, Multiple Points, Blessings Filling the Homestead," the design connects distinct thematic landscape nodes through a central axis stretching from north to south. These include the "Bountiful Blessings" main entrance, the "East Sea’s Bounty" central green space, and the "Paradise of Auspicious Jade" children's playground, forming a spatial sequence that is both orderly and dynamically varied. The layout emphasizes harmony between humans and nature, where each area stands independently yet interconnected, collectively building a multi-layered, multifunctional living environment. From a prestigious homecoming experience to all-age enjoyment, every detail is geared towards enhancing residents' quality of life and happiness.

Prestigious Entrance: The "Bountiful Blessings" design impresses with a grand main entrance, instilling a sense of prestige and ceremony for residents and visitors alike.

Central Green Space: The "East Sea’s Bounty" offers a vast natural expanse at the heart of the community, catering to leisure needs across all ages. 

All-Ages Play: The "Paradise of Auspicious Jade" children's playground, scientifically designed by age groups, ensures safe and exploratory environments for children's growth.

Residential Leisure: "Cave Heaven of Blessings" utilizes inter-house spaces for multi-functional areas promoting exercise and socializing among young residents and families, fostering neighborhood harmony.

Entrance Sequence: The main entrance of “A Hundred Fortunes” features a ceremonial layout with selected vegetation and exquisite paving, creating a prestigious first impression for residents and visitors.

Central Green Space: As the green lung of the community, “East Ocean Blessing” not only provides a vast leisure world, but also realizes the beauty of the changing seasons through the carefully selected plant configurations, allowing people to feel the flow of time in nature.

Smart & Healthy: Incorporating smart features like EV chargers, emergency facilities, and health-promoting garden concepts enhance safety, convenience, and resident wellness.

Ecological Strategies: Implementation of Sponge City principles, such as rain gardens and permeable pavements, strengthens environmental resilience and showcases commitment to sustainability.
